Access to Property and Family Assistance Programs
The Town of Cowansville encourages residential development through its Access to Property and Family Assistance programs.

Cloth diapers subsidies
Since January 2010, a grant program for the purchase of cloth diapers is offered to Cowansville residents within the framework of the Family Policy. Those who are interested by this grant must go to the Ressource Famille Cowansville et Région (ReFaC), 119, boul. de Dieppe, Cowansville with the following documents:
- original invoice (after January 1st 2010);
- birth certificate or the child’s hospital card;
- tax statement or lease, as proof of residence.
